Booking
Booking is confirmed upon payment.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 14:00–23:00 Late check-in (23:00–00:00): €50, upon request Check-out: by 11:00

Arrival
Please inform your arrival time in advance, as there is no 24h reception. I personally welcome all guests.

City Tax
€6 per person per night, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Guests
Maximum 4 guests, only those included in the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival. After this period, the full amount will be charged.

House Rules
No smoking, parties or events. Please respect the apartment and the neighbors.

Damages
Any damages will be charged to the guests.
